Yes — this is a hard requirement. You must have already submitted and exhausted both of the standard appeals available in your TikTok Shop seller backend. Our service operates through a separate escalation channel for cases where the normal process has been fully used up.
Yes — your shop must be active (not suspended or deactivated) to be eligible. We handle violations on live, operating TikTok Shops. If your shop has been fully suspended, this service does not apply.
A platform misjudgement is when TikTok's system or review team issued a violation incorrectly — your product, listing, or conduct was within TikTok's policies but was flagged anyway. You must have clear evidence that demonstrates this: supplier certificates, shipping proof, product documentation, or other relevant records. If TikTok's violation is accurate and you did breach their policies, we cannot support the case.
We handle shop-related platform misjudgement violations across: Product Listing, Quality, Compliance, Logistics, and Payment categories. We do not handle account-level suspensions, content violations, or violations outside the US TikTok Shop platform.
You need full documentation proving the violation was issued in error. Depending on the violation type this may include: supplier certificates, product lab reports, shipping carrier confirmations, invoice records, or TikTok's own violation notice with your backend appeal history. We'll review what you have before confirming your case is eligible.
No — TikTok's final decision is always theirs alone. No third party can guarantee a specific outcome. What we can confirm is that we only take cases we genuinely believe are eligible misjudgements, and we submit them through the most direct escalation route available to us.
